Based in New Delhi, Mr. Rawani, CFA is a Senior Analyst at Horizon Research, a subsidiary of Gabelli with offices in New Delhi. Mr. Rawani has over 18 years’ experience in the investment management industry. He has participated in the merger execution of multiple SPAC’s in both Italy (VALU:IM) and the US (DFNSU and PMVC listed on NYSE). He is also responsible for driving the sustainability and risk management initiatives and strategies within the framework of “Teton One Earth.” Previously, Mr. Rawani held the role of Senior Manager Research at Bajaj Capital Limited. He embarked on his career journey as a journalist, initially at Outlook Money, and later worked at Financial Chronicle (Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd) and The Economic Times (Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.). Mr. Rawani graduated with honors from Vinoba Bhave University with a BSc in Zoology. Furthermore, he holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management of Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Finance, along with a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
